Winter CSA 2015-2016: Week 16

This week, we received: two heads of lettuce, a half bag of Swiss chard, a Korean radish, parsley, carrots, and beets.

We’ve been eating salads with carrots and lettuce. I made some whole-wheat and Israeli couscous and chard and topped with parsley, inspired by this recipe.

I was going to roast the Korean radish and beets – but haven’t yet.
