Winter CSA 2015-2016: Week 20

This week, we received: a half cabbage, some green onions, a half bag of sorrel, two types of lettuce, two sweet potatoes, and some mint.

We had some lettuce salads and some baked sweet potato chips. I gave the mint to a friend who likes to drink infused waters.

I made a modified version of Green Shchi, a Russian soup with cabbage and sorrel. I added our green onions, two potatoes, a clove of garlic, half of a yellow onion, and some chicken sausage.
