This week, we received: carrots, green beans, yellow onions, red potatoes, corn, and a tomato.
We ate the green beans and carrots right away. Green beans are Scott’s favorite, so we were happy to see them.
I caramelized three of the onions for burgers, and I made the potatoes into baked fries. We were going to have corn on the cob that night, but it was full of grubs, so I didn’t want to use it. We had a guest come for dinner, and she brought some store-bought corn.
We ate the tomato with garlic cheese bread.
Yay! Easy week! There are some onions left, but they’ll keep for a bit longer.
