This week, we received: squash blossoms, cabbage, kale, chard, spring onions, and leaf lettuce.
We ate the leaf lettuce in tacos.
We ate the blossoms and chard raw… not the best choice for the chard – but it was going bad and I didn’t have much energy.
We made cabbage steaks to eat with real steak. And I sauteed some pierogies in the rest of the cabbage (and onions).
The kale is in the fridge, waiting for inspiration.
The onions went into the compost. We get some every week, and we were just over it for a bit.
