This week, we received: cauliflower, arugula (I think), cabbage, lettuce, and parsnips:
We ate the lettuce, arugula, and cauliflower raw as sides all week.
I basically made Hungarian peasant food with the cabbage and parsnips. I used this recipe.
The kale still sits in the crisper. To be fair, it’s a kind of weird amount, so I haven’t been sure how to easily use it.
