Summer CSA 2016: Week 23

This week, we received: a pepper, a cucumber, a tomato, a zucchini, two potatoes, seedy grapes, a yellow onion, and some green onions.

I made some potato soup with the yellow onion and the potatoes (including the ones from last week). I sprinkled some green onion on top.

We ate the tomato, pepper, and cucumber raw. The grapes were a struggle – and some when into the compost. The zucchini made for a small side.
