This week, we received: three Japanese eggplants, a summer squash, four sweet peppers, one jalapeño pepper, two tomatoes, two onions, and three pears.
I snacked on the pears, eating the over-ripe pear first. And I also snacked on the sweet peppers.
I cooked up an onion with a summer squash as a side.
I made Baingan Bharta (Eggplant curry), which used the eggplant (of course), the tomatoes, two onions, and (half) the jalapeño pepper.
