Summer CSA 2016: Week 10

This week, we received: two tomatoes, some green onions, two cucumbers, one zucchini, some baby potatoes, and a half bag of green beans.

I cooked the zucchini and potatoes (with salt and pepper) in a skillet … as our meal one night.

I snacked on the cucumbers (well, at them all as an appetizer on Thursday).

We boiled the green beans.

And we grilled the tomatoes (cut up, salted and peppered) to eat with some grilled steak.

I didn’t do anything with the green onions yet. Not sure how to use so many. Any (easy) ideas? Overall, this was a really satisfying CSA week.
