This week, we received: 2 tomatoes, an onion, 2 zucchini, a bunch of chard, a half bunch of thyme, and three beet heads. Carol didn’t take any chard, but got a head of cabbage.
I used the onion and chard (and Parmesan cheese) to make some risotto.
I roasted the beats with thyme as a side.
Scott grilled the zucchini as a side.
I made a margarita pizza with the tomatoes.
