Summer CSA 2016: Week 6

This week overlapped with our vacation, so Carol shared some red potatoes, a garlic/onion thing, and some kale.

We grilled the red potatoes on Memorial Day, and I roasted the garlic/onion thing in the oven with olive oil. It wasn’t my favorite, and I wish I had researched the veggie more.

And we snacked on some of the kale, but not all of it had held up well.
