Winter CSA 2015-2016: Week 18

This week, we received: one head of lettuce, a bag of chard, green onions, mint, and three apples.

We’ve eaten lettuce salads. And I made the Israeli couscous and chard again – it’s so easy! I added green onions to it, too. We’ve eaten the apples for lunches. I didn’t take care of the mint as well as I should have, so we lost some of it.
