This week, we received: a bunch of rainbow chard, a half bunch of carrots, 3 small bell peppers, a couple varieties of lettuce, and some jalapeño peppers.
We made lettuce, carrot and bell pepper salads. And I ate bell peppers and carrots as a snack.
And I made a chard, cannellini beans, and tomato pasta inspired by this recipe. The recipe was super-easy and tasty. I will make it again. I had never thought of putting beans into a pasta sauce, but I liked the extra protein.
We went through our vegetables so quickly, I bought some fresh green beans from the store to help us make it through the week.
