It’s our 2-month mark! This week we received: asparagus, lettuce, dinosaur kale, 4 short carrots (with tons of greens), a half-pint of sugar peas, 5 pints of strawberries, and 6 eggs.
We ate a lettuce, kale, and pea salad with some buffalo flavored chickenless nuggets for lunch on Saturday. We snacked on the carrots. And we (well, Scott under my direction) used the carrot greens and four eggs to make omelets:
I made some chocolate chip cookies, which used 2 eggs. We grilled the asparagus in olive oil, salt, and pepper and had it with salmon.
