But the tomatoes didn’t have enough time to ripen before this big cold snap. I picked the green tomatoes last night.
The Internet says that I should not eat green tomatoes raw because most green tomatoes have a toxin that leads to an upset tummy. Since there are just two tiny tomatoes, I didn’t want to put much work into them. So, I just sautéed them in grape seed oil with salt and pepper. They were tangy.
