We were out of town for 3(+) nights to attend a wedding in Wisconsin this weekend (congrats again, Michelle and Jimmy!), so some local friends of ours ate the CSA share this week. They’ve been eating tomatoes, arugula, and sweet potatoes. Last I heard, they hadn’t quite gotten to the sweet potatoes yet, but I’m interested to hear how they prepared this veggie. Because of traveling and not having the share, I’ve eaten fewer vegetables this week – and I can tell! I’m looking forward to having a healthier diet over the next week.
