Homebrew #2: American Cream Ale  

Scott and I have finished our second homebrew attempt: an American Cream Ale. We picked this beer because it is similar to one of Scott’s long-time favorites, New Glarus Spotted Cow, which is only sold in Wisconsin. It’s a light-body beer with a creamy mouth-feel that is perfect for summer. 


We followed our previous precautions that we used when brewing the IPA (spring water, ice, auto-siphon, etc), and we got a very drinkable, summery ale – that has just enough carbonation. (Carbonation has also been an issue for us.)
